Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Verona with a cooking class that celebrates Italian and Veronese culinary traditions! Guided by a local expert, you’ll learn how to make two types of fresh pasta and a classic Italian dessert, all in a cozy, home-style atmosphere.
Experience highlights:
• Fresh pasta dough: discover the secrets of making perfect dough using just eggs and flour.
• Tagliatelle: learn how to roll out the dough using a rolling pin or pasta machine.
• Stuffed pasta: try your hand at making ravioli and tortelli.
• Pasta sauce: prepare a delicious sauce to accompany your dishes.
• Italian dessert: end your experience by preparing a traditional sweet treat.
Shared lunch or dinner:
At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied by still and sparkling water, a glass of wine, and coffee.
