Day 1 – Afternoon | VALPOLICELLA | Check-in – Discover the Amarone of Valpolicella DOCG
Arrival in the afternoon at the hotel and check-in.

The afternoon it will be dedicated to discover the fine red wine as Amarone of Valpolicella DOCG.
Through a panoramic route in the classic and historical Valpolicella area, we will stop in a one of the most beautiful Villages of Italy “Borghi più Belli d’Italia”: San Giorgio Ingannapoltron, where you can admire its parish Church and an amazing view that reach up to the Lake Garda We will reach the five municipalities that constitute the Classical part of Valpolicella, or Val…Polis…Cellae: valley of the many wineries.
Guided Visit of a winery located in the Classic Valpolicella area, a family-run winery that produces for generation the Valpolicella’s Wines: Amarone and Recioto, the most representative wines of this area. You will immerse yourself in the hilly scenario known as Valpolicella, cradle of the well-known Amarone DOCG (guarantee of origin), a land rich in food and wine excellences and with a strong cultural impact. The winery’s visit includes an explanation of the whole winemaking process from the Vineyard, to the ageing process and ending with a rich wine tasting: Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Ripasso, Amarone e Recioto.
Transfer back to your accommodation.
Welcome dinner with typical dishes, still prepared according to the traditional antique recipes of the territory (wine is not included).

Day 2 | PROSECCO | Discover the land of Prosecco, Cartizze and Asolo
After breakfast transfer by private car, and the local wine expert tour leader English speaking, to Conegliano Valdobbiadene in the Prosecco area. Through the green hills of Valdobbiadene in Prosecco land, we will guide you on a pleasant tour to discover the local grape variety: Glera.
Your experience start in the heart of Valdobbiadene with a guided visit of Prosecco winery to learn the whole winemaking process, and ending with a rich wine tasting of many kinds of Prosecco wines. The guided tour of the winery will immerse you in this generous and welcoming territory, uncovering its history and traditions. Walking into the winery is an experience “in wine” which respects the environment.
Light lunch in a typical Trattoria in the hills of Prosecco where you’ll enjoy not only the food but also the amazing landscape (wine is not included).
In the afternoon we’ll continue the tour in the so called hill of Cartizze , where the most exclusive variety of Prosecco is produced: Cartizze Superiore DOCG
You will be hosted at Col Vetoraz winery for a guided Prosecco wine tasting session where you will try the full range of Prosecco wines, from the Dry version to the Extra-brut. Col Vetoraz Winery located in Valdobbiadene (TV) on the very top of the homonymous hill next to the “Mont” of Cartizze in S. Stefano di Valdobbiadene. The winery is on one of the highest point in Cartizze, 400 metres above sea level, from where the view swips over the entire area.
After the visit transfer to Asolo one of the “Borghi più Belli d’Italia” for a relaxing walk.
Asolo is one of the most enchanting hamlets in Italy, characterized by portico streets and noble dwellings. The City of a Hundred Horizons, contained within the ancient walls that branch off from the 12th century fortress, in every corner it preserves testimonies of its thousand-year old history. A fascinating place on the rolling Asolo hills. Asolo was a destination for poets and writers, artists and travellers that found inspiration and harmony here. It is also well known for the Asolo Prosecco DOCG.
The day tour finish with a transfer back to your accommodation.

Day 3 | VERONA-SOAVE | Culture in the City of Love and the Soave white wine
After breakfast transfer by private car to Verona city centre.
Guided visit of Verona with certified tourist guide. Verona is a wonderful city of art and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous all over the world thanks to the Shakespearean tragedy of Romeo and Juliet and the majestic Arena. The tour will include the most interesting sights of the city, including those of historical, artistic, and cultural interest (Entrances are not included).
Free time for a walk and lunch (not included in the tour) in the city centre of Verona.
In the afternoon we’ll continue through a scenic route, accompany by the local wine expert tour leader, to reach the Soave country.
The territory of Soave extends over the rolling hills east of Verona and is known for producing one of the best known white wines in the world. The hills are mainly made up of volcanic soils that give the wine an unmistakable mineral note, which completes the characteristic fruity and floral scents. Soave wine is a great white wine of Verona and Soave is a lovely small village sleeping on a hill with a Medieval castle on top of it; is also the heart of production one of the most famous Italian white wine in the world.
You will be taken to a family run winery located in the Soave country. Your visit begins with a guided visit of the winery, including an explanation of the whole winemaking process of the excellent white wine called Soave, and ending with a rich wine tasting.
Finally a relaxing walk in the Medieval Village of Soave, one of the “Borghi più Belli d’Italia”.

Day 1 – Afternoon | VAL D’ILLASI AND SOAVE WINE| Check-in – Oil and Wine

The territory of Val d’Illasi and Soave extends over the rolling hills east of Verona and is known for producing one of the best known white wines in the world and the fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The hills are mainly made up of volcanic soils that give the wine an unmistakable mineral note, which completes the characteristic fruity and floral scents.
The afternoon will be dedicated to discover of the so-called “green gold”, the extra virgin olive oil DOP (guarantee of origin) Veneto Valpolicella, with a visit of an Olive Oil Mill to discover the production techniques. The visit ending with a pleasant olive oil tasting.
To ending the day guided visit of an historical Winery with wine tasting, that produces the famous white wine called Soave.

Day 2 | LAKE GARDA | Experience Lake Garda by Boat | Sirmione & Lugana Wine
After breakfast transfer by private car, and the local wine expert tour leader English speaking, to Sirmione on Lake Garda, one of “Borghi più Belli d’Italia.
Discover Lake Garda thanks a private tour by boat of Sirmione: “La Romantica” is Lake Garda coastline between Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda and it owes its name to its views. After skirting the Sirmione peninsula to admire the major points of interest, such as Villa Callas, The Aquaria thermal spa and the “Grotte di Catullo” roman ruins, you sail towards Desenzano and navigate the “La Romantica” coast on a leisurely boat trip that combines the historical and cultural beauties of Sirmione with the nature of Lake Garda.
Sirmione is famous for the unique charm of its old town centre.
For safety reasons, the tour by boat is only conducted in favourable weather conditions.
The route may change depending on the weather.
Free time for a walk and lunch (not included in the tour) in the centre of Sirmione.
Lake Garda is also the birthplace of the Lugana DOC wine, a white, mineral and citrus wine that takes its name from a village near Sirmione.
In the afternoon we’ll continue the tour to visit a Winery that produces the Lugana Wine, and at the end you will enjoy a guided wine tasting.
Break along the way back to Borghetto sul Mincio one of “Borghi più Belli d’Italia for relaxin walk.
Borghetto sul Mincio an ancient village of mill, a small romantic treasure on the banks of the River Mincio: mills, bridges and houses seem to come from the stories of other times.

Day 3 | VERONA – VALPOLICELLA | History and Amarone Docg Wine
After breakfast transfer by private car to Verona city centre.

Day 1 – Afternoon | VERONA BY NIGHT | Check-in – A magic experience in Verona

Day 2 | LAKE GARDA | Bardolino & Chiaretto Wine | Grappa Experience on Lake Garda
After breakfast transfer by private car, and the local wine expert tour leader English speaking, to the East coast of Lake Garda.
Goethe, the German poet, visited the area and remained enchanted by its atmosphere. The wine produced on the hills overlooking the lake, takes the name from a village called Bardolino.
Bardolino is a light, highly enjoyable and easy to drink wine of Verona. It can be served slightly chilled and is perfect with light Italian food like risotto, pasta, white meats, or even some tasty fish dish. Bardolino wine has a bright, strawberry red color, with a light, fruity nose full of fresh red fruit flavours. Bardolino is also produced in a rosé variety called Chiaretto which is reaching more and more popularity both in Italy and abroad. In November you will also find a very enjoyable Bardolino Novello.
Guided visit of a winery located in the splendid setting of the Lake. The winery visit begins, where possible, in the vineyard and, through the producer’s passionate story, you will learn the production techniques and discover the wine traditions of Bardolino Doc and the delightful Chiaretto Doc rosè.

Free time for a walk and lunch (not included in the tour) in a characteristic village of Lake Garda.
In the afternoon we’ll continue the tour to visit an Artisan Distillery at the gates of Lake Garda, where you can learn about the true art of “Grappa” and you can taste the many products of unique quality. The distillery is a magical place where a limited number of all numbered bottles are produced. You will know, understand and taste the Italian distillate par excellence: the Grappa. You will hear directly from the manufacturer some aspects of the processing.

Day 1 | Land of Amarone, land of Extra virgin DOP (guarantee of origin)
Your visit will start a few kilometers north of Verona, in the hilly scenario known as Valpolicella, cradle of the well-known Amarone DOCG (guarantee of origin), a land rich in food and wine excellences with a strong cultural impact. First, you will be taken to a winery that produces Amarone in the Eastern part of Valpolicella and later to the Wine Museum, where you will take a journey into the agricultural and wine making life of the late 1800s and early 1900s. A special wine tasting experience of Amarone will be a fitting conclusion to your historical and cultural morning tour. For your lunch, we will choose a typical restaurant in the Eastern part of Valpolicella where the hilly territory, with its wild landscape will provide you with unique emotions.
The afternoon will be dedicated to the discovery of the so-called “green gold”, the extra virgin olive oil DOP (guarantee of origin) Veneto Valpolicella, with a visit to an oil mill to discover the production techniques. The day will be concluded with dinner in a traditional restaurant that serves typical dishes of the Verona area, and a relaxing night spent in one of the beautiful facilities located in the breathtaking hills of the Eastern part of Valpolicella.
Day 2 | Recioto and Marzemino, with a look into organic wines
On the second day, we will continue our tour with a visit to a winery situated in the Classical part of Valpolicella. Here, after another wine tasting session, you will be able to discover, thanks to the tales of the winemakers, the many ways in which Amarone is produced. You will be told about Appassimento, the special technique used to make Valpolicella Ripasso and you will be invited to taste its many nuances through a guided tasting. Before leaving for the Trentino region, you will have lunch in a typical restaurant. The trip is short but you will notice many changes in the landscape, as you get closer to the mountains. On the horizon, you will get your first glimpse of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The first stop is in Rovereto, situated in the Vallagarina area just south of Trento. It is a land of red wines such as Marzemino Trentino DOC (guarantee of origin), but also of sparkling ones. Your visit will begin in a winery dedicated to the production of Trentodoc, a sparkling wine, and following this, you will witness innovation at its best with a guided tour in a winery that makes organic and biodynamic wines in the utmost respect of the territory. A relaxed and cozy atmosphere will accompany you at dinner, where you will be served some specially selected local products. A charming facility with an amazing view will be chosen for your overnight accommodation.
Day 3 | Trentodoc and Teroldego, pure Trentino style
New day and new Trentodoc bubbles, this time in a winery located in the hilly area of Trento, traditionally dedicated to the production of sparkling mountain wine. After your visit, you will be taken to Trento, city of the Council, for a historical and architectural tour, following a route that will still be in line with the wine world. At the end of the promenade, an “aperitivo” in pure Trentino style will be waiting for you in one of the best known wine bars in town, followed by another typical lunch in a local restaurant.
The center of attention of your afternoon will be the Piana Rotaliana, situated north of Trento and defined as “the most beautiful vineyard garden in Europe”. Here you will discover one of its best products, the Teroldego Rotaliano DOC. And to better understand the culture of the population that inhabits this region, you will have some time to visit the “Museo degli Usi e Costumi della Gente Trentina“: the biggest Italian regional museum dedicated to agriculture, handicraft, religion, music and traditions in general.
